    Descrizione
The Atelier Robert DBS 720 is the largest model in the standard DBS range of hydraulically folding grassland harrows, designed for efficient pasture maintenance on medium to large-scale farming operations. It enhances grassland productivity by over 30% through effective dung spreading, soil aeration, and levelling. Key Specifications Working Width: 7.2 metres Transport Width: 2.4 metres Weight (without options): 1,280 kg Minimum Power Requirement: 90 hp Folding System: Hydraulic Mounting: Rear-mounted The DBS 720 features a three-stage tool configuration: First Row: 40 cm levelling scrapers to spread manure clumps and level molehills. Second Row: 10 cm dung spreader blades for breaking down and distributing dung evenly. Third Row: Flexible spring steel teeth that aerate and scarify the soil, promoting nutrient absorption and irrigation. This configuration facilitates a single-pass operation that enhances regrowth, increases usable grazing area, and improves grass resilience to trampling. -Semi-Automatic Hitching: Equipped with centring cones and retractable parking supports for easy attachment. -Pressure Adjustment: Galvanised tie-rods allow for the regulation of scarifier tooth pressure. -Compensating Spring: Absorbs ground undulations, maintaining consistent operation. -Durable Frame: Heavy gauge C-section frame reinforced at torsion points to prevent cracking. -Counter-Blades: Prevent blade failure at attachment points due to repeated bending. -Hydraulic Folding Mechanism: Single-action actuator allows extensions to follow ground contours; automatic locking in transport mode. -Adjustable Support Wheels: 250 mm diameter and 120 mm width wheels mounted on ball bearings with lubricators and cleaning scrapers to eliminate pitching effects.
